Artists from Altit Village:

Shahid Akhtar Qalandari:-

A 23 years old young and talented guy from Altit village gained thousand folds of popularity after releasing his first Album "Shama". Up till now he has released his three albums and the last but not least album called "Thalah Thalah" has broken all records of Hunza music, it is the  most famous album in Burushaski language till now. Shahid Akhter Qalandari is known all over Northern Areas for his melodious voice and attractive compositions.

Noushad Ali Shad:

                 Noushad is known for his song "Margulle Guyun" from his first album called "Laila".It was his first album which is also liked all over Northern Areas.Noushad Ali is releasing his second album "J ke Un" most awaited album in Hunza music history."J ke Un" contains favorite Burushaski ghazals written by himself. Hope this album will be also liked by Hunza Music lovers.

Abdul Samad Arman:-

Abdul Samad Arman is most successful Burushaski poet from Altit Village. He has written songs for more than seven albums which are liked even now.His poetry is mostly in Burushaski language having a deep touch of human nature and emotions.

Karim ud din:-

Karim is basically a comic writer who writes short comic poems in Burushaski language. He is also known for writing poems on the characters from Altit village.

Essa Khan:-

           Dado Essa Khan is the oldest poet in Altit of age 85.He and late Hashim Shah were famous allover for their songs which were presented in the Mir's Darbar 30-40 years before. Essa Khan is famous for writing an extremely romantic and full of true emotions, song called "G ye Sir". He has composed twelve Hareep "Hunza Musical compositions" like "Muhabbate Gunburi" and " Sher ke Lala".  

Abdul Karim:-

Karim is ranked as number 1 "Surnai" and Flute player of Hunza valley. He has been honored with the Hunza's oldest Surnai called "Macheria Surnai" which is almost 360 years old.

Niyaz ud din:-

Niyaz is the flute and rubab player of Altit village also the flutist of HMB. He is known for his flute codpieces.

Sher Khan:-

Sher is most senior flutist of HMB known for his finger clarity while playing flute.

Shohrab Khan:-

              Shohrab is also flute player of Altit.

Noushad Ali:-

Noushad Ali is another singer in Altit who is very well-known for his beautiful voice. Presently he is the lead vocalist of "HMB".

Nafees Alam:-

Nafees Alam is the youngest singer of Altit village who is known for his voice and unique dance.
